For Non-Members, Conference Registration is $75 for the full event. Register Today
You will receive a confirmation notice from Cotter Research within 72hrs that your registration has been processed. At that time, we will give you the necessary information you'll need to participate in this event!
Important Information
All sessions will run between 45 - 60 minutes.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions to each presenter via our on-line webinar tool.
Certificates of attendance will be issued upon request.
Some sessions are restricted to law enforcement only. This is determined by the session presenter and will be honored by Cotter Research. If you are not law enforcement and would like to attend a restricted session, you can reach out to the presenter to get approval and we will honor their final decision.
Refund Policies
There will be no penalty for cancellations received by May 31, 2013. The full amount paid minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded.
No refund will be issued after June 1, 2013.
Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to Heather Cotter. Please email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within 72 hours. If necessary to cancel by USPS, please allow sufficient time for a response.
The final decision on refunds rests with Cotter Research.
